Shipping & Returns


Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All orders are shipped out within 48 hours of payment being cleared. All parcel sized orders will be sent out with a tracking number.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.


Estimated delivery is as follows: QLD & NSW 1 - 4 business days, all other areas within Australia 4 - 8 business days. International orders are a minmum of 6 - 21 days depending on the area and NZ parcels are aprox 5 - 10 business days.

All parcel size orders are sent with tracking via Australia Post for Australian orders. Delivery times, for couriered deliveries, will vary depending upon the location being delivered to. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all goods. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. If an order does not arrive by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure that delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. You acknowledge and agree that late delivery does not constitute a breach by us of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel an order. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will only be dispatched at our discretion. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if the item is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, or damaged).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
